Carmen meets Nomo the Budweiser Clydesdale

Valentines Day was so special this year as I met a gentle giant named Nomo. Nomo is famous in his

own right as he is a Budweiser Clydesdale! You know the ones you see in those Superbowl Commercials.
Nomo is 5 years old. He is 19 hands and weighed 2,100 lbs. That is one giant horse especially to this small cannoli! He was such a loving and gentle horse too.
Lamotta's Italian Restaurant was the place to be that day as I never saw sooo many people who where there to see a horse. I was told over 1,000 people were on hand. He must be one popular horse!!!!!

Back in my little village we do not have such big horses...mainly because we can't ride them so it was a real treat to be able to see and meet on of these famous horses. I also met a real nice fellow Nick who helped make this event happen. Have you met my sister Carmela yet? She followed me here. I am told this happens a lot when one moves to Florida....family comes to visit and decide to stay...she too works for Lamotta's but she does not have her own blog!!!

Being it was Valentine's Day, LaMotta's has a nice bouquet of flowers for me! Was that not so nice of them....Too bad I had to share it with my sister!!! I am also featured in a video of the day's events... you can watch it below....how awesome eh???  I hear the nice people at What's Up SWFL will be featuring me in my own video....maybe I will get nominated for an Oscar!!!!
